TellMeTea is an audio entertainment app that curates real stories from the internet, rewrites them for spoken narration using AI, and presents them with AI-generated commentary. TellMeTea does not create original stories — all content is derived from publicly available internet posts and is rewritten for audio consumption.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service without creating an account (guest mode). If you choose to register, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

4. Content Disclaimer

Stories on TellMeTea are sourced from publicly available internet posts and rewritten by AI for audio narration. We strive to maintain the factual accuracy of each story but cannot guarantee completeness or verify the truthfulness of the original posts. Names and identifying details may be altered. Commentary and "hot takes" are AI-generated opinions and do not represent the views of TellMeTea.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Service's infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without prior written permission
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to access the Service without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the Service
• Record, redistribute, or commercially exploit audio content from the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The TellMeTea name, logo, design, AI-generated narrations, and commentary are the property of TellMeTea. Original story content is derived from publicly available internet posts and attributed accordingly. You may not use TellMeTea's branding without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TELLMETEA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELLMETEA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
